The best part is you can customise them with your favourite fillings—whether it’s marshmallows, Puffin Poo, Shetland Fudge, or Shetland Tablet (or why not make a mix of each!). YUM!!

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Saated Butter - Soft
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs (big)
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Buttons / Puffin Poo / Chopped Fudge / Chopped Tablet / mallow
HOW TO MAKE THEM
- Preheat oven to 190’ C
- Line baking trays with parchment paper and set aside, you will need about 3.
- Crush Puffin Poo/Fudge/Mallow/Tablet into smaller pieces (we find chopping each piece into peerie chunks is great)
- In a bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light
- Mix in the dry ingredients until combined
- Add puffin poo (or filling of your choice) and mix well
- Roll 3 tablespoons of cookie dough at a time into balls and place them evenly on your prepared sheets
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to go brown
- Leave them for a few minutes before moving to cool on a rack.
