Ingredients

Sugar, Dark Belgian Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (Soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), Shetland Cream, Glucose Syrup, Shetland Butter, Caramel Paste (Skimmed Milk powder, thickener: pectin, citric acid, burnt sugar), Chopped Dates, Stem Ginger, Ginger Powder.

Great but not enough sticky toffee

The fudge itself is delicious- creamy, smooth, absolutely stunning and definitely nothing you can buy in a normal shop! Worth the money!! However, I didn’t get the sticky toffee pudding taste, which was a bit disappointing. But none the less- delicious fudge I would buy again!

Looks like a tiny piece of sticky toffee pudding and consistency and taste is like a tiny piece of sticky toffee pudding. Very moreish. Have more on the way!

Little taste

As a fudge it’s lovely. It did not taste of sticky toffee which was disappointing. As a plain fudge it was fine but I can get that over the road in Tesco & save £5 delivery charge.
