Ingredients

Sugar, Dark Belgian Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (Soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), Shetland Cream, Glucose Syrup, Shetland Butter, Caramel Paste (Skimmed Milk powder, thickener: pectin, citric acid, burnt sugar), Chopped Dates, Stem Ginger, Ginger Powder.
