Amazing service

I live in mainland UK and ordered a few bits for my sister as she used to live in shetland and misses it. Order went straight through no dramas until an email from nicola saying there had been a computer glitch and my order might not arrive before Xmas but she would try.
WELL NICOLA and her team made it happen and all I can say is a huge thank you. You went above and beyond and I am very grateful.
