Jaffa Tyake Gourmet Marshmallow is our Shetland twist on a much-loved classic. Named after the Whalsay dialect word Tyake, meaning cake, this handcrafted gourmet marshmallow combines fluffy vanilla marshmallow with the bright, zesty flavour of orange and a generous coating of rich Belgian dark chocolate. Made in small batches right here in Shetland, every bite captures the nostalgic taste of a Jaffa Cake with a luxurious Island Larder touch. Fruity, chocolatey and wonderfully indulgent, it's the perfect treat for anyone who loves the timeless combination of citrus and dark chocolate, reimagined in our signature handcrafted marshmallow style. 🍊🍫

I really liked the Jaffa mallows, although I do wish there had been more of an orange hint in the mallow (or even the chocolate!??). The dark chocolate balances out the sweetness of the mallow. All round though yummy!
