Disappointing hard and bland

Um so suprised and sad to say these were hard and bland. Not just the jaffa cake ones. I contacted the seller and they were lovely, sent out replacements really quick. And I'm sorry to say these are hard and bland as standard it would seem. Nothing like the videos you see of fresh mallows. Really love you content, the product though is not good. (Order contained jaffa, churo and salted caramel)

The texture was so soft, not chewy like some marshmallow. The flavour could be a bit stronger but thats just to my taste. Loved it
