Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Vanilla Paste, Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa mass, Whey Powder, Emulsifier, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Icing sugar (Anti-caking agent: Tricalcium Phosphate), Salted Caramel Flavouring (Water, Flavouring, Salt, Colour E150a, Plain Caramel), Corn Flour, Gelatine (Powdered beef gelatine Sulphites), Scottish Sea Salt.

Minimum 90g (Approximately 3 Pieces)

Salted Caramel Mallow

I was really looking forward to tasting these as I love all things salted caramel.
I can't fault the texture of the mallow, it was lush, but I was disappointed with the flavour.
There was just the faintest hint of salted caramel which was a shame.
I think this could be a fantastic luxury sweet if the flavour was intensified.
The brittle chocolate on the top wasn't great either.
I love most of the products I've tried but this one didn't 'reach the spot' ....sorry x

The mallow is drier than I expected, salted caramel flavour is okay but quite subtle and not salty enough for me, and I didn't like the chocolate drizzle on top (it also just flakes off if you don't pick it up carefully). All in all, bit of a disappointment. Better than the mango one, which didn't really taste like much of anything! Wouldn't buy again.
