We are proud to make our award winning Scottish Tablet the old-fashioned way, in tiny batches using just four pans in our Shetland kitchen. We only ever use Shetland butter and rich local cream, stirred slowly by hand, just like it always was. With a traditional recipe passed down through generations, this is tablet at its most honest: smooth, creamy, and unmistakably Shetland.

This tablet is excellent. Some tablet that you buy is just like a lump of course sugar but not this one. Very smooth and very tasty. The pack said to eat 3 days of opening. Not a problem for me 😄.

Never received the order

Probably my fault though, I ordered with Google pay ,the billing address was correct but the delivery address was my old address, I contacted island larder to change the delivery address but to no avail,so never received the order sadly,
