We are proud to make our award winning Scottish Tablet the old-fashioned way, in tiny batches using just four pans in our Shetland kitchen. We only ever use Shetland butter and rich local cream, stirred slowly by hand, just like it always was. With a traditional recipe passed down through generations, this is tablet at its most honest: smooth, creamy, and unmistakably Shetland.

Can't review the traditional tablet as I haven't tried it and hidden it, to have all to myself when the family aren't around but I'm sure it's fab like the Puffin Poo ordered along side it. easily addicted to Puffin Poo. Just the right amount of white choc combining all the ingredients together topped of with my favourite shredded coconut. A brilliant concoction I will definitely buy again, the 900gms as the smaller amount just doesn't do
