Lemon Meringue Gourmet Marshmallow is our take on a classic dessert, reimagined with an Island Larder twist. Handmade in small batches right here in Shetland, this beautifully fluffy gourmet marshmallow is infused with a rich lemon paste for a bright, tangy burst of citrus flavour and topped with crunchy pieces of sweet meringue. Light, zesty and perfectly balanced, every bite captures the irresistible combination of sharp lemon and melt-in-the-mouth sweetness that makes lemon meringue pie such a favourite 🍋

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Gelatine (Powdered beef gelatine Sulphites), Lemon Paste, Meringue (Egg white). May contain traces of Nuts.

Minimum 90g (Approximately 3 Pieces)

Nice but couldn’t taste any flavour

Gorgeous mallow but bought 4 different flavours but we could bot taste any flavour from the lemon, Jaffa cake or salted caramel ones, so a bit disappointing

Big Xmas bowl of marshmallows

I traveled from Aberdeen all the way to Hampshire with some Trow’s bogies and various mallows. Everyone loved them and they made a great contribution to our Christmas excess. Great job!
