We are proud to make our award winning Scottish Tablet the old-fashioned way, in tiny batches using just four pans in our Shetland kitchen. We only ever use Shetland butter and rich local cream, stirred slowly by hand, just like it always was. With a traditional recipe passed down through generations, this is tablet at its most honest: smooth, creamy, and unmistakably Shetland.
Ingredients: Sugar, Shetland Butter, Shetland Milk, Condensed Milk (whole Milk, Skimmed Milk, Sugar), White Belgian Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla Extract)
