Chocolate Tempering Process

Learn the process of tempering chocolate and have a hands on shot of doing it for yourself. Design and decorate your own Chocolate moulds with cocoa butter and other chocolatier materials to make your perfect chocolate design before learning how to spread, fill and seal the moulds with a caramel fill and seal with transfer sheets.

Working in stations there will be an opportunity to try each part of the chocolate making process and take home your personalised, bespoke chocolates made entirely by hand.

Costs: £20 Per Person, full payment to be taken on booking.

Times: Tuesdays: 3pm -5pm. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your event.
