lain Wholemeal Cous Cous just add water. Serve hot or cold to accompany stews, salads, tagines. Just add water! Leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water. Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately. For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil.
