A nice treat

The overall taste was very nice. Pretty much the same as other tablet I have tried. I feel the price is very high for the portion size so probably wouldn’t buy again for that reason.

A little disappointing

The flavour was a little disappointing - and the pieces very variable in size. It just didn't taste, or feel, as fresh as daily small batch preparation led me to expect. For some reason, I was convinced that I'd ordered a plain tablet, bit this was vanilla tablet. I had hoped for the buttery, crystalline sweetness of 'homemade' tablet, which I did not get

Hi Jane. Sorry to hear the products are not what you expected.
All our products will vary in size as we hand chop each piece individually. This gives us a range to make each pack up to 90g. We like that our products are not uniform as we like the handmade touch.
I can assure you that all our products are made to order as we currently have no storage for extra stock due to shop renovations.
We pride ourself in our smooth tablet as we don't make sugary tablet. To get tablet as you describe - sugary, it would mean that the mixture has not been boiled correctly or had enough beating as friction is key to a smooth tablet.
